Frog Lotus Yoga World Traveler
Denver
Over the past several years, I traveled from one end of this Earth to the other. I immersed myself in cultures that were extraordinarily different from the way of life I had been accustomed. Through this process, I came to a deep and unwavering understanding of myself, my strengths, my weaknesses, and I developed an appreciation for knowing that I truly know nothing. I found myself embracing a wide variety of professions and coming to befriend people from the most diverse of backgrounds.
As I continued to surf through the life experience, I encountered moments that tested me in very harsh ways. When I found myself in these moments of fragility, I learned the art of surrendering to the unknown. Using the methods I learned from a variety of authors, I navigated the depths of my own ocean to find myself attracting those around me who shared similar views. Time and time again, these magnificent souls I met would be involved in yoga, meditation, and self-introspection. After taking some more time to explore the material world many of us have only ever known, I followed my intuition to enroll in a Yoga Teacher Training with Vidya Heisel in the south of Spain. It was one of the best decisions I ever made!
