Join us for a non-competitive, holistic practice integrating root teachings of yoga, tantra and Bhakti into a mandala for body, mind and heart. Deep flow of healing heart centered yoga asana practice with breathwork, meditation, chanting, music and essential teachings of Dharma Chakra ( the wheel of Universal truth with the Heart). All levels are welcome.
