Maya wisdom keeper Miguel Angel Vergara and visionary & yoga instructor Kat Tudor will lead you through ceremony and teachings to expand your consciousness through love. You will experience Maya mudra, mantra, movement, meditation, and music. Inspired by the natural rhythms and inner secrets of nature. These practices heal us on all three levels–body mind and spirt. When we heal, we heal the earth.
This class will be a playground of Mayan Cosmology and Kat-like Kuriosity. We will travel from the heart of the sky to the heart of the earth with our seven senses, seven chakras, and seven levels of existence.
