The yoga tradition has long held a deep connection and reverence for Mother Earth (Bhumi Devi). The understanding that we are all deeply connected to Earth, physically, energetically, mentally & spiritually- is at the heart of Yoga practice and philosophy. Now more than ever we must awaken and act for ourselves, future generations and all of life. This class will include earth wisdom teachings and practices, climate awareness, tantric asana, breathwork, meditation and chanting. There is no transformation of the earth without you, you are the transformation of the earth. Non-competitive, breath/heart centered practice, - All levels are welcome.
